Hello!

I'm Shannon Chase, and I've had the privilege of calling the West Coast home for over the last decade plus. During this time, I've volunteered with the Tofino Fire Department, been employed in the Hospitality industry, as well as the Medical Services industry, and have recently completed my Yoga Teacher Training. 

My communication skills, strong moral compass, and passion for creating a liveable and inclusive community are what drive my success in this industry; building and maintaining a strong connection with my Buyer & Seller clients is a bonus though this process.  I will work enthusiastically, oftentimes around the clock for your real estate goals and needs, all while ensuring you stay informed and satisfied at every step of the way.

While not in the office, you may find me exploring the beaches barefoot, perusing and foraging the abundant forest trails, fishing from the boat in the Sound, or dining at one of our local 5 star restaurants enjoying the fresh, local cuisine.
