Hello!

I’m Shannon Chase, and I’ve had the privilege of calling the West Coast home for more than 15 years. During that time, I’ve volunteered with the Tofino Fire Department, the West Coast Multiplex Society, the Tofino Hospital Foundation, worked in both the hospitality and medical services industries, completed my yoga teacher training and frolicked my way through many of the incredible events and festivals the area has to offer.

My strong communication skills, grounded moral compass, and passion for building a livable, inclusive community are what drive my success in real estate. Creating meaningful, lasting relationships with my buyers and sellers is one of the most rewarding parts of the process. I work enthusiastically—often around the clock—to help my clients reach their real estate goals, while ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

When I’m not in the office, you may find me exploring our beaches barefoot, foraging through forest trails, fishing in the Sound, or enjoying fresh, local cuisine at one of our incredible restaurants or cafes.
